A Bit About Me

Sotto la Vite was founded by Gina LoCascio. Her journey weaves together culinary artistry, service, and a genuine heart for people.

Gina served in the United States Air Force before earning her degree in Culinary Nutrition from Johnson & Wales University. The precision, discipline, and commitment to excellence she built in those years never left her. They followed her into every kitchen she trained in, every event she worked, and ultimately into the business she built. She brings that same standard of care to every single cup she serves.

At its heart, Sotto la Vite exists on a simple belief — that a great cup of coffee is never just about the coffee. It's about the moment it creates, the conversation it sparks, and the person on the other side of the cup who feels welcomed and taken care of. But what sets Sotto la Vite apart goes far beyond the espresso. Woven into the fabric of this business is a commitment to something bigger. A portion of every booking directly supports Patrick Cares Ministry in Uganda, serving communities that need a voice and a hand extended toward them.

The Mission

At the heart of the company is a larger purpose. The bigger vision is aimed at global outreach, with a portion of Sotto la Vite’s work helping support an orphanage in Uganda. Each event served and each cup poured helps move that mission forward.
